Through November 4: You can vote by mail (two first class stamps recommended) or drop off your ballot at the Pitkin County Clerk’s office, 530 East Main Street in Aspen. The Clerk’s office is open weekdays 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and on Saturday, November 1, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. In either case, the Clerk must receive your ballot by 7:00 pm on Election Day, November 4, in order for your ballot to be counted. Postmarks do not count to establish delivery.
On November 4: You can drop off your ballot at any one of three Voting Centers or in the dropbox in Redstone, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The three Voting Centers are located as follows:
Pitkin County Clerk’s Office, 530 East Main Street in Aspen
Snowmass Village Town Hall, 130 Kerns Road in Snowmass Village
Grace Church, 1776 Emma Road in Basalt
The Redstone Dropbox is located at the Church at Redstone
Registration: If you will have been a resident of Colorado at least 22 days before November 4 and are at least 18 years of age, you can register to vote in the 2014 election. We recommend going to the Pitkin County Clerk’s office to obtain the registration form and your ballot. You can register to vote and vote through Election Day, November 4. On Election Day you also have the option of registering at any of the three Voting Centers if you are a Pitkin County resident and receiving your ballot to vote at that time.
